Removing and Installing Parts

NOTICE:

Ensure that you are working on a level, protected surface to avoid scratching either the

computer or the surface on which it is resting.

Lay your computer on its side with the computer cover facing up.

Pull back the cover latch release on the top panel.

Locate the two hinge tabs on the bottom edge of the computer.

Grip the sides of the computer cover and pivot the cover up, using the bottom hinges as
leverage points.

Release the cover from the hinge tabs and set it aside in a secure location.
