In order to activate tests in a specific port, both the port and the test activation must be enabled (see
chapter 4.9.1).
The options 1) None, 2) Start LDL and 3) Start LAL select the active test.
Note that the activation of an LDL/LAL test in the remote unit functions as a remote loopback, and may
serve as a test for the local interface (for example, inserting BERT in a E1 channel).
