Remote assistance

The D-MAS screen may be transmitted “live” to another computer if internet connected.

The D-MAS instrument has 'Remote viewer' software installed and is launched from the Welcome 
Screen by selecting Help from the menu and selecting Remote Assistance. Communicate the 
Identification (I.D.) and Password dialogue box to remote support personnel.
