Wind
This function requires that a wind velocity sensor is connected to the system. It in-
creases the flow temperature in the heat circuit if the wind velocity grows above the
setpoint.

Description
Setpoint
Default value:
10 m/s
Range:
0-50 m/s
When the wind velocity is above this
value, the calculated flow temperature
will be modified according to the ampli-
fication factor
Amplification
Default value:
0.1 K
Range:
–25.0 - 25.0 K
Amplification factor for modification of
calculated flow temperature caused by
wind velocity
A negative amplification causes a reduc-
tion of the calculated flow temperature, a
positive amplification causes an increase.
Normally, the amplification is positive
Sun
This function requires that a sun sensor is connected to the system. It reduces the flow
temperature in the heat circuit when the sun intensity rises above the setpoint.

Universal
This function allows you to set up a customized limiting function. How the limiter
will work depends on the type of sensor connected to the input. This function is ex-
tremely flexible and is used for very special applications.
Please refer to the ECL 2000 Technical Manual (ref. [3]) for documentation of the
Universal limiter.
