Air Tank

Safety Valve
Inspect damages in the exterior and
in each part, and replace with new
parts, if defects are found.
If the air pressure is below the valve
opening pressure, there must not be
any air leakage to the safety valve.

Automatic Drain Valve
Check if humidity and air are
automatically and smoothly released.
Release the humidity manually by
pressing the rubber cap below the
valve.
APU (Air Processing Unit)
It is a device that dehumidifies the air
inside the compressor and distributes
the air.
The cartridge should be replaced every
year or every 100,000km trip distance.
Oil seperator should be cleaned every
30,000km and the O-ring should be
replaced.
Replace the oil separator if necessary.

Condensed dews in the air line may
freeze during the winter season.
Replace APU cartridge and check if
the condensation is properly released
from the air tank.
