TYPE A - ALLISON
Start-up and setting off
Step on the brake pedal while the
gear is set on neutral (N). Start the
engine and release the brake gear.
Shift the gearshift to driving(D) and
accelerate to begin driving.
•
D(driving) : The button is used when
driving. The gear is automatically
shifted from 1st to 5th gear as the
speed rises. Also, if the vehicle
speed is reduced, the gear will shift
to lower gears automatically.

(DOWN)
If you press ▲ / ▼ buttons while driving,
you can set speed change range from
1st to 5th gear.
Pressing
▼ button while driving will
lower the gear by one level.
Warm the engine up at “ N ” (neutral)
gear position if the outside temperature
is lower than -15
℃ before setting off.

CAUTION
Pressing
▼
button at high speed
will increase the RPM abrubtly and
will result in abrupt speed
reduction.
It could be very dangerous if this
happens.
Avoid shifting the gear while driving
at high speed.
If you select too high or low gear
while driving, it could result in
damaged engine or damaged
clutch.
