WARNING
· Driving while the spare brake is
activated could over load the
engine. Only use the spare brake
when necessary.
· Put it back on the original position
after the usage before continuing to
drive.
CAUTION
·
Apply exhaust and jake engine
brakes when reducing the speed of
your vehicle as they function as
subsidiary brakes. On the other
hand, apply brake pedal to bring the
vehicle to a stoppage.

Be aware of the fact that excessive
application of subsidiary brake and
its application during the engine

high rotation state may cause
surging (change in valve timing) in
the engine valve, bringing critical
damage to the engine.
REFERENCE
· Stepping on the brake pedal or the
clutch pedal while the subsidiary
brake is activated will deactivate the
subsidiary brake.
· Subsidiary brakes will not work on
vehicles with retarder brake.
