FAULTY DIAGNOSIS
Door Related
Mechanical lock is not operational
Air pressure is abnormal
Flat battery
The inner switch was set on close when getting ot the vehicle
(How to open door an emergency)
Un-lock the mechanical lock and activate the door switch.
Refill air.
Repair and replace after checking the battery.
Use magnetic air hose located in the front bumper to insert
and release the air. Lower the door 15mm and force it to turn

and take the door off the vehicle. (swing door)
Connect the magnetic valve inside the bumperf with
“
+
”
side
of the battery.
The door will open if the power is connected. And the door
will close when there is no voltage.
How to handle Cause
The front door is not opening with the key or the switch
Faulty air pressure in the door cylinder speed control valve
Adjust it with opening speed adjustment valve.
(located under the cylinder)
Adjust it with closing speed adjustment valve.
(located on the cylinder)
Turning clock-wise will slow it down and anti-clockwise will
make it faster.
How to handle Cause
The door opens and closes too fast or too slow
