Air Spring Control

Caution for Maintenance & Inspection
Make sure that oils are not applied to the air spring during
maintenance and repair. Upon welding, always cover the air
spring area with the air spring protection device.
Check whether the guide ring is in the standard position after
the jack has be lowered since sudden lifting of the vehicle
’
s
body may lead to detachment of the guide ring due to the
negative pressure within the air spring.
Support the vehicle with standard height supporters when
the vehicle is not being operated for a long period. This
prevents compression even when air evacuates from the air
spring.
