a. Park the car on a safe spot if the
thermometer on the gauge board is
pointing at red area.
b. If the AC is on, turn it off and idle the
engine.
c. If the coolant or steam is leaking
from the tank or if the fan is not
spinning, turn the engine off and
contact the service center.
d. Cool the engine off sufficiently and
check the cooling system and
coolant level. Release 4 bolts(

) located in the
support under the fan clutch and
connect it to the side of the clutch(
②
)
and the disc. The clutch will then be
forced to spin.
The fan will spin constantly the engine
could be over cooled. Therefore, this
method should only be used in
emergency and should immediately
serviced.
If the engine stops while driving, the
steering wheel will become heavier
than usual. Grip the wheel strongly and
park the vehicle on a safe spot for
inspection.
The air pressure will drastically reduce
if the engien stops. Carefully control
the brake.
