Mechanical timer*:
Used for determining the period
for cooking in the oven. When adjusted time is expired,
power to heaters is turned off and an audible warnig
signal is emitted. Mechanical timer can be adjusted to
desired period between 0-90 minutes. For cooking
periods, see cooking tables.
Thermostat:
Used for determining the cooking temperature of
the dish to be cooked in the oven. After placing the
food inside the oven, turn the switch to adjust desired
temperature setting between 40-240 °C. For cooking
temperatures of different food, see cooking table.
