SETTING UP

Folding Instructions with seating module removed:

1. Pull back on folding triggers

until they

are free from the fold lock.

2. Push forward and then down on push handle.

3. Secure folding strap on the side of the chair to keep

base closed while transferring or lifting.

1. Remove user from the chair.

2. While holding the back on the push handle,

pull on the recline cord. Make sure you

are pulling from the center of the pull strap.

3. Fold the seat back forward, then release

recline cord. Folding may be limited by

positioning components and position of

elevating leg rest.

Unfolding:

1. To unfold, pull the recline cord while

holding on the center of the pull strap.

2. Move the seat back to the upright position.

3. Adjust seat to back angle to desired

position and release the recline cord.

Check for proper pin engagement.
