b) In- and Outputs
This is an autonomously working alarm reporting device. Wrong settings or connections can cause undesired txt messages to be sent
and possibly high costs!
Never enter the phone number that belongs to the SIM card that is inserted in the module!
Also never enter any phone numbers from any other GSM alarm systems or GSM reporting devices!
1. Configuration of the Sensors (Commands “SHOCK”, “MOVE”, “VOICE”)
The product has various sensors like vibration sensor, motion sensor (PIR) and sound level monitoring. The vibration sensor reacts to mechanic
vibration, such as parking impact, broken windows, etc. The motion sensor can be used to monitor a hallway, entrance door or garage door. The
microphone can be used to monitor, e.g. a room or area.
Every sensor’s sensitivity can be set. The best sensitivity settings depend on many factors such as installation site, car body connection, object
size, etc. and must be found individually by testing.
Configuration command:
SET SHOCK <sensitivity> #1513
SET MOVE <sensitivity> #1513
SET VOICE <sensitivity> #1513
Sensitivity:
0 = Off
10 = maximum sensitivity
Factory reset (off):
RESET SHOCK #1513
RESET MOVE #1513
RESET VOICE #1513
Determined current settings:
TEST SHOCK #1513
TEST MOVE #1513
TEST VOICE #1513
If the sensitivity is set too high, undesired text message alarms may result, depending on application case. There are provisions to
prevent high costs (“IDLEALARM”), but they may still result in some individual cases. Conrad Electronic assumes no liability for
defectively set or programmed devices.
For best setting, we recommend the command “DIAGNOSE”.
