7. Speaker Events (Command “SOUNDINFO”)
During the setup phase, it may be of benefit to hear what the product does right now. In may places of the firmware, sound outputs are stored that
indicate an event. By default, these sounds are deactivated so that the module will not give itself away during surveillance.
The sounds can be activated with the following command:
SET SOUNDINFO #1513
Deactivation of the sounds is possible with the following command:
RESET SOUNDINFO #1513
There is no request option for this (command “TEST”).
8. Changing the Calling Sound and Volume Settings (Command “AUDIO”)
The device has different audio components like speakers, microphone and remote control. The audio settings are set in the default settings on
level 5.
This setting can be changed in a range of 0 (lowest stage) to 9 (highest stage). The following command must be used for this:
SET AUDIO <SPK> <MIC> <MELODY> <RING Vol> #PIN
<SPK> = speakers:
0 (low) .........9 (loud)
This changes the speaker volume when a call is received while “INCALL” is in the CALL mode.
<MIC> = Microphone:
0 (insensitive)..........9 (sensitive)
This changes the microphone sensitivity during a call (INCALL, SILENTCALL, RECALL, …).
<RING> = ring tone
0 (low).........9 (loud)
This changes the ring tone volume when a call is received while “INCALL” is in the CALL mode.
<MELODY> = ring tone melodies
There are the following ring tone melodies:
0 = Grieg (Peer Gynt)
1 = Beethoven (Ode to Joy)
2 = Beethoven (For Elize)
3 = Mozart
4 = Bizet (Carmen)
5 = Rossini (Wilhelm Tell)
6 = Quick buzzing
7 = Default tone
8 = Short buzzing 1
9 = Short buzzing 2
Reset to factory settings:
RESET AUDIO #1513
Checking settings:
TEST AUDIO #1513
