Figure 1-11 shows a dual-fabric SAN topology containing two ServerNet II Switches and 12
ServerNet II PCI Adapters installed in ProLiant servers. In this example, you connect the ports
on the Adapters to the Switches with two SAN cables (X-to-X
and
Y-to-Y). This produces a
12-node, redundant SAN topology.
