Possible Cause
Possible Solution
If the status is now OK, the ports are both
OK.
None needed.
The status of either the X or Y port has
changed. If the status is degraded or failed
possible causes could be a cable is not
properly connected, a broken cable, a bad
Adapter, a bad remote port.
Determine which port is down. Check the cable to make
sure it is properly connected at both ends. Swap out the
cable. Swap the Adapter.
