Corrective Action: Increase the physical memory. If the problem persists, contact your
service provider.

Error
Event Message: TCM component of SANMan failed due to inability to start its worker
threads.
Corrective Action: Check the Windows 2000 installation for the correct NT version and
reboot the machine.

Error
Event Message: TCM component of SANMan unable to defer request as no local server
orders left.
Corrective Action: Check the SAN for a loose connection and reboot the machine.

Error
Event Message: Primary SANMan node cannot find itself in the RTD.
Corrective Action: Re-install SANMan on the SAN Administrative node with the correct
host name.

Corrective Action: Re-install SANMan on SAN Administrative node with the correct host
name.
If the problem persists, increase the physical memory of the system and reboot.

Corrective Action: Verify that the X-fabric and Y-fabric Switches are correctly installed to
the SAN and powered on.
Check the connections and reboot.

Corrective Action: Reinstall SANMan on the node because the SANMan registry entries are
incorrect.
