This field contains the name of the system administrator. Enter up to 2 lines of
no more than 14 characters each.
Phone Number
This field contains the phone number of the system administrator. Enter up to
2 lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Pager Number
This field contains the pager number of the system administrator. Enter up to 2
lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Other
This is a user-defined field. You can enter any additional administrator
information. An example might be listing an additional administrator that
serves as a backup to the primary administrator. Enter up to 2 lines of no more
than 14 characters each.
Service Information
Name
This field contains the name of the service provider. Enter up to 2 lines of no
more than 14 characters each.
Phone Number
This field contains the phone number of the service provider. Enter up to 2
lines of no more than 14 characters each.
Pager Number
This field contains the pager number of the service provider. Enter up to 2
