Note 1:
AC power to the system has been cut to avert imminent component damage and
data loss. Reasons for this could include: the failure of the terminator PPM, the fan
controller has stopped responding, or the system has recorded a temperature violation
.
Note 2:
A power supply has stopped providing adequate power as per system
specifications, the system has experienced a short, a PPM has failed, or a reboot has been
initiated via Automatic Server Recovery (ASR-2).
