FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
The appliance does
not come on
No power supply
Check that power is reaching the socket to which
the plug of the appliance is connected. Reset any
safety circuit breakers or fuses as required.
Appliance in stand-by
Touch the screen to activate the main menu.
When starting a blast
chilling or deep
freezing cycle the
compressor does not
start.
Compressor start delay waiting
for the required amount of time
between starts to lapse
If the condenser fan are working everything is as it
should. Wait 2 minutes for the compressor to
restart. If the condenser fans are not working
contact technical support.
The compressor control relay is
faulty.
Contact technical support for the necessary
checks and replacements.
The internal compressor
protection has tripped due to
overheating.
Leave the appliance off for approximately 30
minutes before starting it again, make sure that
there are no obstructions to the technical
compartment cooling flow, particularly that the air
intake and outlet of the appliance are not
obstructed.
Check that between the back of the appliance
and the wall there is a clearance of at least 15 mm
for the W60 - W45 versions (30 mm for the W30
version) to allow for air expulsion.
Make sure that the appliance is not installed
nearby heat sources (ovens, pasta cookers, fryers).
Make sure that the condenser fan is working.
If the problem persists contact technical support.
The appliance does
not cool, or cools very
slowly.
Too much product at high
temperature in the appliance.
Do not overload the internal compartment; check
that the ventilation of the evaporator fans is not
obstructed.
The evaporator fans are not
working.
Contact technical support so that the cause for
the fault can be ascertained.
Evaporator clogged with ice
Perform a proving cycle (without load) at 40°C for
4 hours to defrost the evaporator.
Appliance overheating
Check that between the back of the appliance
and the wall there is a clearance of at least 15 mm
for the W60 - W45 versions (30 mm for the W30
version) to allow for air expulsion.
Make sure that the appliance is not installed
nearby heat sources (ovens, pasta cookers, fryers).
Make sure that the condenser fan is working.
Check that the front and rear suction ports are
free.
