Using the no form of the command removes the specified IP address from the
syslog list of the current device. Up to four IP addresses can be specified. Syslog
messages are sent to all hosts at the IP addresses in this list.
As part of authentication logging, all successful and failed authentication
attempts are now logged to syslog hosts and the system messages. Because two
separate passwords can be used for the device, log messages for the “access” and
“enable” passwords are differentiated as “Access Authentication” and “Enable
Authentication”, respectively. Authentication messages contain:

The type of management session (serial, telnet, or Web management)
•
The source IP address
•
Authentication result of either “invalid” or “successful” for each action

Use the no form of the command to remove the specified access list. The access
list still exists but is no longer used by the telnet subsystem.
