Operation and Maintenance Manual
lays down certain
guidelines that will enable the operator to utilise the unit to its full operating potential and ALSO provides
the necessary information and instructions in order to enable the user to comply with the requirements of
the latest European safety regulations and Machine Directive 2006/42/CE.
The unit’s robust construction ensures that it can be utilised in total safety.
This enables us to unequivocally state that the
Panning machine
is perfectly safe if properly utilised.
The user must scrupulously follow all the instructions contained in this manual and, more specifically,
those pertaining to the safety norms.
A single copy of this Operation and Maintenance Manual will accompany the unit when it is delivered.
Furthermore, Chocolate World reserves the right to introduce any modifications that it may deem to be
necessary or appropriate to its machines without, however, materially affecting its basic characteristics.
INTRODUCTION
Purpose and content of the Operation and Maintenance Manual
This Operation and Maintenance Manual describes the Panning machine unit.
The unit is able to work with the products listed in Chapter 1 - “TECHNICAL FEATURES”.
This manual has been drafted in order to enable the operator to:
– recognise potential problems associated with the unit itself and with the product being processed;
– work safely.
Therefore, inside the manual the operator will find tips and information on how to utilise and maintain the
unit properly, as well as any applicable safety and accident prevention rules.
General notes
Prior to performing any operation on the unit, operators and qualified maintenance technicians must
carefully read the instructions contained in this document (and the associated attachments).
