7.1.4  SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE CHART 

In  order  to  ensure  that  the  unit  continues  to  work  efficiently,  adhere  strictly  to  the  maintenance  service 

intervals as specified by the Manufacturer. 

IMPORTANT! The service intervals indicated are based on normal operating conditions, in other words the 

kind of operating conditions that have been specified and indicated in this manual. 

 

TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT AND AFTER COMPLETION OF EVERY 

WORK CYCLE 

 

CLEANING THE DRUM. 

This task must be carried out prior to commencing and again after completion of each and every 

work cycle. It is MANDATORY for the unit to be switched off whenever this task is being performed. 

Adhere to the following procedure: 

 

Press the 

STOP

 button and unplug the power cable from the power outlet; 

Pull on the pipe to extract it from its housing (see figures1 and 2); 

Remove the pipe and place it in a safe and clean area. In order to facilitate the cleaning and 

washing operation, remove the rubber end-section (see fig.3).
