Remove rubber plate, wind channel.

Loosen clamp, remove water inlet and
outlet hoses under radiator.

Remove bolt and radiator.
Reverse the removal procedure for
installation.
Install plastic parts. (2chapter)
Fill coolant and remove air. (6-4)

Water pump(11-4)

Overhauling

Check from drain hole under the water
pump for coolant leakage.

Coolant leakage, if any, means the dam-
age of water seal. Replace the damaged
water seal.
