Install the sprocket to camshaft, keep the mark on
sprocket in parallel with cylinder head surface.
Install timing chain to the sprocket.
Install tightening bolt for camshaft sprocket.
Torque : 9 N. m (0.9kgf.m)
Caution
Before adjusting the valve clearance, check
if the mark on the sprocket is in parallel with
cylinder head surface and the groove opening
of camshaft neck is upwards.
Press the block on the tensioner, and push the
tensioning rack back into the tensioner. Tighten the
bolt according to the specified torque.
Torque: 10 N. m (1.0kgf.m)
Install the tensioner bolt and tighten it. (8-7)
Install carburetor joint gasket, carburetor joint and
tighten with bolt.
Install vacuum tube..
