Record Instructions
Selecting this button displays a
dialog box showing the
instructions on how to record and
playback an Auto Attendant using
a telephone. There is also a record
volume control. Adjust the volume
to a comfortable level without
distortion. If you hear clipping or
distortion at any volume level, it
may be that your Auto Attendant
recording level was set too high
when you recorded your Auto
Attendant.
Erase Instructions
Selecting this button displays a
dialog box showing the
instructions on how to erase an
Auto Attendant using a telephone.
It is a good idea to erase any
unused Auto Attendants since they
share the same memory as
voicemail.
View Auto Attendant Memory Usage
Selecting this button displays the
amount of time used by all the
Auto Attendants. This feature helps
you keep track of memory usage as
you may have unused Auto
Attendant messages that can be
deleted to free up more memory.
