CAN 

From the CAN tab, settings are made for CAN message frame mode and baud rate. By 
pressing the default button the CAN settings will be reset to predefined default settings.  
 

 

 

GPS   

From the GPS tab, status can be read for the GPS and the baud rate of the GPS can 
be altered. 
 
To be able to get any information from the GPS it must be connected. Make sure all 
other programs that use the GPS are closed then click Connect to establish a 
connection. The connection procedure can take up to several minutes.

  

 

 

 
When connected the Info panel will give following information

 

 

Software information

 of current software version in the GPS receiver. 

 

 

NMEA message count

 this counter increases with one each times the 

GPS sends out a message with information.  
 

 

Number of satellites

 is the number of satellites the GPS receives signals 

from. This value is only valid if the NMEA message counter is counting.  
 

  Change baud rate by selecting the desired baud rate and click apply. Note 

that the baud rate change will reset to default rate when the unit is 
restarted.
