Set Up>System
The system menu configures the high level parameters within the XLR 550.
Keyword Description
Hostname
This is a case-sensitive string of 1 to 16 characters (Not including tabs, spaces, double quotes (“))
This name is used for the system, and as CLI prompt and in SNMP as sysName.

This name is used for the system, and as CLI prompt and in SNMP as sysName.
Auto-logout
Number of minutes until the system disconnects an idle web or telnet session automatically.
<timeout>
: Valid values are 0 to 10,000 minutes.
The default value is 20 minutes. Setting the value to 0 disables the automatic disconnection of sessions.
Bootconfig -
Startup configuration files for the system
Bootimage -
Firmware file that will be loaded when the system reboots.
Baudrate -
Baud rate of the console port. Valid rates are 9600, 19200 and 38400.
The default is 38400.
