WEB INTERFACE ONE THE XLR 550

Before Starting
The web interface allows an easy to use GUI to be used to monitor and configure the XLR.
However there are some configuration options which are not available by the web interface and
which must be accessed by the CLI
Before you’re able to connect to the XLR web interface its necessary to know the IP address of
the unit. By default the IP address is
192.168.42.20 with a sub network mask of 255.255.255.0.
However you can change this address using the Command line Interface. To change the IP
address undertake the following steps
Connect your PC to the console port
The data rate maybe 9600, 19200 or 38400, the default rate is 38400bps
Hit carriage return a few time and you will receive the prompt. The Table below provides
instruction on how to change the IP address from the CLI.
The symbol ^ indicates a space
