5.3.2.27 Saddle disengage roller position

adjustment

This adjustment is to be carried out when there is a

noticeable misalignment in the folding position or

stapling position.

<MEMO>

This operation adjusts the size of the gap between the

disengage roller and the paper, and improved paper

feed performance in the saddle assembly.

Details of the adjustment method are as described

below.

1) Turn the finisher power ON.

2) Turn on the host machine power switch and put

the copier in standby.

3) Open the front door and insert the door switch

actuator into the door switch [1].
