Air1

Operation Screen - PS Mode Backup Parameters

When the ventilator is in PS mode, additional backup control parameters are in place to increase the 
breathing support when needed. The additional control parameters are Pi, RR and I:E. 

If the patient is breathing on their own, these backup controls are inactive. If the patient becomes 
apneic (not breathing) and the Tapnea threshold is surpassed, these backup control parameters are 
activated. The active status is displayed onscreen on the control widgets.
