Start Ventilation
To begin ventilating the patient, tap the
Start Ventilation
button on the Setup screen.
The Operation screen appears. The default view is View 1.

Set the Alarms
The ventilator is equipped with alarms to call attention to critical vital signs values. Default settings
are in place and can be modified, as needed, for the patient. For more information on the alarm
values, see
Appendix B - Alarms.
To set the alarm thresholds:
1. Tap the
Alarm Setup
button.
