Step 4: Connect Patient Breathing Circuit
For guidance on the recommended breathing circuit supplies, see the Care and Maintenance section
of this guide.
To connect the patient breathing circuit:
a. Connect one of the tubes to the expiration port.
b. Connect the second tube to the inspiration port.
If using a humidifier, connect the humidifier in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 5: Power On Ventilator
To power on, press the Power button on the front of the ventilator.
Step 6: Perform Self Test
After the ventilator is powered on, the Power On screen appears.
