The  section 

customer  account 

gives  you  information  about  your  customer  account  and the 

associated dispensing systems. You can manually 

retrieve

 information updates.

Under  settings/

card  management 

you  can  set  a  limit  for  the  maximum  credit  that  can  be 

entered  on  the  customer  cards.  You  can  also  transfer  this  limit  to  a  connected 

dispensing 

system 

within  the  menu  item  settings  /  dispensing  system,  so  that  cards  with  a  higher  credit 

balance  are  rejected  at  the  dispensing  system,  with  reference  to  talk  to  a

 staff member

. This

in  particular,

  is  a  function  for  protection  against  misuse.  Other  changes  within these  two 

menu 

entries

 require administrator rights.

User management

You can independently create any number of user profiles 

and passwords, distinguishing between 

management users 

and 

service users

, in which the former are given access to 

all  the  functions  of  Wine  Monitor,  including  user 

management, while 

service

 user profiles only have access 

to 

Charger

 to 

charge

 the cards.

At  the  bottom  left  corner  of  the  program  window  you 

will  find  the  respective  user  which  is  logged  in. 

A

 

default  setting,  an

utomatic  logout

 

(

auto-lock) 

of  the 

user  is  set  after  30  minutes  (1800  seconds)  of 

inactivity.  By  clicking  on  the  username  you  can  log 

out  manually,  change  the  time  period  for  the 

automatic  logout  or  deactivate

 

the function.

If  you  forget  your  password,  you  can  reset  it  using  your 

personal  activation  code  (

t

oken).  Select 

reset 

password

.  Then  enter  your  token  as  well  as  your 

username  and assign a new password.
If  you  forgot  your  username,  ask  another  user  with 

management  privileges  to  re-create  your  user  profile  in 

user management.

When  you  insert  the  card,  the 

touch  display  shows  the  name  and
