Does the error message say "ENETUNREACH HOST IP + 5000"? Verify
that the PORT 5000 on your router is enabled for the application and
that it is not occupied by another application.
If the card reader does not respond to the card, the chip or the
antenna is damaged. Error messages such as "
c
ard not active" or "
T
his
card has been activated for another system" are coding errors - collect
these cards and send them in.
Check the router and the network cable on the dispensing system.
Disconnect the network cable from the dispensing system and re
-
connect it. Is every single IP possibly occupied in the network?
The card system doesn't display
an IP address in the "i"nfo
menu. (Display "check cable!")
A card cannot be charged

Have you introduced the service card and did you select the "i"nfo
menu. Has the displayed IP address changed? Are the PC and the
dispensing system in the same network and subnet?

the time and date settings correct on the dispensing system?
