3.10 Full CUT Mode ([6] key):
Not Required on the Production Line (Shipping Tool)
Use 24 mm cleaning tape.
Be sure to provide power supply of DC12.0V ±0.1V / DC9.0V ±0.1V [Insert resistant
1
Ω ±5% (2W and more)] for the inspection from DC power or AA battery.
The LCD displays as shown in < Figure 3.10-1 > after "PRINT 1 Mode (Standard Print)"
is completed, or the [6] key is pressed.

Set the cassette to the machine for the cut inspection.
Perform the tape feeding and cutting once by pressing the key below. (The LCD
displays as shown in <
Figure 3.10-2 > while feeding.)
For European/North American models: [OK] or [ENTER]

If an error occurs before tape feeding, press any key to return to the beginning.
Once the feeding is completed, the LCD displays as shown in <
Figure 3.10-3 > and
the machine cuts the tape.
After cutting the tape (when the cutter sensor turns ON), LCD displays as shown in
<
Figure 3.10-3 >.

Finish "CUT Mode" by pressing the [OK] or [ENTER] key.
When the [SPACE] key is pressed after the cutting, the machine performs the tape
feeding and cutting again.
This inspection mode continues until
[OK] or [ENTER] key is pressed.
Once "CUT Mode" is completed, the machine initializes the inside RAM and turn OFF
the power automatically.
