Correct them with
lead-free solder.

The side sensor PCB is
defective. Replace it.

- Select “Head Rank” in the Factory
Inspection mode.
- Regulate the motor speed in PRINT1
submode.

Enter the inspection mode (see Section 3.2)
and do the following for the new main PCB
ASSY:

Replace the main PCB ASSY.

Does each sensor

actuator on the side sensor

PCB work normally?

Are the

cassette sensor leads

soldered correctly?
