Troubleshooting guide
This table is a basic guide to fault finding. The
fault may be a simple fix.
If you have any doubts
cease using the Ypush and contact your dealer.
Your dealer is there to help you but they can only
do this if you give them as much information as
possible. Remember correct information will get
the problem fixed quicker and save you money.
Contact your dealer and explain exactly what the
problem is, recounting as much detail as possible
including the indicated faults.
Symptom
Ypush does not move
when power is switched on.
Ypush pulls to one side.
Ypush behaves erratically when driven.
Short Range
Solution
Battery flat - check level.
Is the charger connected? – disconnect
charger.
Electrical protection breaker has
operated - reset.
There is no occupant in the seat – The
seat pressure sensor in the seat cuts
drive power as a safety measure when
no occupant is present. For test
purposes add a 10kg weight to the seat.
Check for tyre damage.
Motor or controller issue - contact dealer.
Binding bearings – contact dealer.
Binding Brakes – contact dealer
Possible electronic problems -
contact dealer.
Check tyres for damage.
Check battery is charging fully.
Check vehicle moves easily with brake
override levers engaged.
