Attendants must practice driving the Ypush
before carrying any occupant.
Before you start:
Place a weight of 10 to 15 Kgs
on the seat – This will override the occupant
sensor and permit attendant only driving. Find an
open level area with no obstructions to practice
controlling the Ypush until you are confident that
you can drive it safely.
Brakes:
Make sure that the brake override levers
are in the unlocked (brakes on) position.

Check that both of the brakes are on by trying to
push the Ypush. Neither rear wheel should turn.

Battery:
Test, connect and install the battery pack
as shown in the Battery and Charging section of
this manual. If the battery has been removed for
air transport/storage then first remove the grey
isolating plug/bung.

Set the pre-set speed control to the minimum
(fully counter- clockwise).
