26. Safely remove the Lower Hand Grips and their Snap Hooks from
the machine.
27. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the two indicated screws
(with arrows) that secure the Lower Pulley Shrouds to the machine.
Remove them.
28. Using a 6mm hex wrench, loosen the two indicated (by oval)
screws by 1 complete turn on the Support Arm.
29. With a 3-4’ piece of wire or rope, tie one end of it through the loop
on the end of the Lower Rope. Secure the other end of the wire or
rope around the Support Arm. This will ensure the Rope does not get
pulled into the Platform Frame.
30. Using a 6mm hex wrench, remove the indicated (by arrow) screw
from the Lower Deep V Pulley and remove it.
Note:
Be sure to note the routing of the rope before removing the
pulley.
31. Using a 6mm hex wrench, attach the new Lower Deep V Pulley
with the rope routed correctly around it.
