16. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the two indicated screws (by
arrows) from the Upper Rear Shroud.
17. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the 5 indicated screws (by
ovals) from each of the Rear Middle Pulley Shrouds. Place them outside
the work area.
18. Remove the Upper Rear Shroud and place out of the work area.
19. Safely remove the Middle Hand Grip and the Snap Hook from the
Middle Pulley Arm being replaced.
20. Slowly pull out enough of the Middle Rope to be able to remove the
Securing Ball from it.
The Rope will be under tension and will want to pull itself into
the Middle Pulley Shroud. Be sure not to allow fingers or
hands to be pinched.
11. While keeping the rope from retracting, remove the Securing Ball from
the rope. Do not release the rope until instructed.
Note:
Be sure to observe how the rope routes through the Middle Pulley
to assist with re-assembly. To remove the Securing Ball: Slide the Secur-
ing Ball up the rope, remove the Center Stopper from the rope, and slide
the Securing Ball off the rope.
