1. Unplug the AC Adapter from the wall outlet and machine.
2. Using the Hand Grip, fully pull out one of the Lower Ropes and hold it
fully extended.
Do not release the Hand Grips until the Hand Grip Stops are
flush with the pulley and the ropes are fully retracted. The
rope will be under tension and will retract itself into the Frame
Assembly. Be sure not to allow any fingers or hands to be
pinched. Releasing the Hand Grips before they are completely
retracted and flush with the pulley may cause damage to the
machine or injury to the user or bystanders.
3. Examine the sheath of the Rope looking for any twists along the full
length of the rope.
4. Allow the Rope to retract back into the machine while removing any
twists.
Note:
The procedure is easier with two people. One person untwists the
length of the Rope, while the other gradually allows the Rope to retract.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 on the other Lower Rope.
6. Visually inspect the Ropes through the Rear Shroud. If any twists
remain, repeat Steps 2-4 until twists are removed.
7. Repeat Steps 2-6 with each of the Middle and Upper Ropes.
8. Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components
are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and
inspected for correct performance in accordance with the
Owner’s Manual.
