7.2 LUBRICATION SYSTEM

7.2.1 GENERAL INFORMATION

The gear unit’s internal parts are usually

tain bearings may be grease lubricated and 
equipped with Nilos seal rings. A forced 
lubrication system can be supplied on re-
quest.

7.2.2 OIL SPLASH LUBRICATION

In gear units with oil splash lubrication 
the rotation of the gears splashes the lu-
bricant and distributes it to the gear teeth 
and bearings even in positions above the 
oil level.
To guarantee effective lubrication the oil

7.2.3 FORCED LUBRICATION

The gear unit is equipped with a volumetric 
pump when forced lubrication of gears and/
or bearings is required.

7.2 SCHMIERANLAGE

7.2.1 ALLGEMEINE

INFORMATIONEN

Die inneren Teile des Getriebes sind in der 
Regel mit einem gemischten System der 
Tauch- und Ölspritzschmierung geschmiert.

Lager mit Fett geschmiert und mit Nilos-
Ring versehen sein. Auf Anfrage kann ein 
Zwangsschmiersystem geliefert werden.
Bezüglich externer Kühlaggregate sind die 
entsprechenden Unterlagen einzusehen.

7.2.2 ÖLSPRITZSCHMIERUNG

In Getrieben mit Ölspritzschmierung be-
wirkt die Drehung der Zahnräder die Ver-
teilung des Schmiermittels an die Verzah-
nungen und Lager auch bis zu den Stellen 
oberhalb des Ölstands. Zur Gewährleistung 
einer wirksamen Schmierung muss das Öl

kosität muss einen Wert zur Garantie un-
eingeschränkter Fließfähigkeit und entspre-
chender Widerstandsfähigkeit bezüglich 
hoher Eingriffsbeanspruchungen aufwei-
sen. Hierbei ist insbesondere auf folgende 
Bedingungen zu achten und ggf. der Rück-
griff auf thermische Hilfsvorrichtungen für 
die Erwärmung bzw. Kühlung erforderlich:

Betrieb mit Temperaturen des Öls über 
95°C.

ü

Start in Situationen, in denen die nied-
rigste Umgebungstemperatur nicht 
mindestens 10°C über dem Fließpunkt 
des Öls liegt.

Betrieb der Getriebe bei Umge-
bungstemperaturen unter 0°C oder 
über 50°C.

7.2.3 ZWANGSSCHMIERUNG

Das Getriebe wird bei vorgesehener 
Zwangsschmierung der Zahnräder und/oder 
Lager mit einer Verdrängerpumpe ausge-
rüstet. Der Antrieb der Ölpumpe kann me-
chanisch durch eine Welle des Getriebes 
mit Anschluss an einem gespeisten und am 
Gehäuse befestigten Elektromotor erfolgen.
