Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist das vorliegende
Handbuch sorgfältig durchzulesen. Zur
Gewährleistung der Funktionstüchtigkeit
des Getriebes müssen die Anleitungen
und Hinweise im Handbuch bezüglich La-
gerung, Gebrauch und Wartung unbedingt
beachtet werden.
Sicherstellen, dass das Getriebe und die
eventuell installierten Zubehörteile, die
eine Ölschmierung erfordern, bis zum
korrekten Füllstand mit Öl befüllt wurden,
nachdem die eventuell für den Transport
demontierten Elemente und Zubehörteile
angeschlossen wurden.
Werden optionale Zubehörteile installiert,
ist zudem sicherzustellen, dass alle vorge-
sehenen, in den jeweiligen Kapiteln und/
oder Handbüchern beschriebenen Eingriffe
zur Gewährleistung ihrer Funktionstüchtig-
keit ausgeführt wurden. Bei der ersten In-
betriebnahme muss das Getriebe zunächst
im Leerbetrieb und mit niedriger Drehzahl
laufen; erst nach einigen Stunden, sollten
keine Funktionsstörungen oder Fehlbe-
triebe festzustellen sein, ist es möglich,
die Last schrittweise zu erhöhen, bis die
vorgesehenen Betriebsbedingungen in-
nerhalb einer angemessenen Zeitspanne
erreicht werden, in deren Verlauf das Ge-
triebe ständig kontrolliert werden muss.
Ist unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen
die Temperaturzunahme gegenüber der
Erhöhung der angewandten Last, der
Drehzahl, der Umgebungstemperatur oder
angesichts sonstiger Faktoren nicht ge-
rechtfertigt, muss das Getriebe unverzüg-
lich gestoppt und die Störungssuche aus-
geführt werden.
Wird das Getriebe dagegen in Bereichen
mit höheren Temperaturen und/oder in der
Nähe von Wärmequellen eingesetzt, ändert
sich die Sachlage. In derartigen Fällen, die
in der Regel beim Abschluss des Vertrags
verhandelt werden, ist der BONFIGLIOLI
RIDUTTORI Handels-/Kundendienst zu
kontaktieren, insbesondere was die Wahl
des zu verwendenden Schmiermittels und
der einzusetzenden Dichtungen betrifft.
Wird das Getriebe nach der Installation
oder Einlaufphase über lange Zeit nicht
eingesetzt, muss es zumindest einmal
monatlich betrieben werden. Ist dies nicht
möglich, muss es mit einem geeigneten
Hemmstoff oder durch vollständiges Auf-
füllen mit neuem, normalerweise für den
Betrieb eingesetztem Öl gegen Korrosion
geschützt werden.
