Non far funzionare mai il ri-

 Dopo ogni intervento

ripristinare le protezioni prima di riavviare
il riduttore.

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento di
pulizia e/o manutenzione attivare tutti i di-
spositivi di sicurezza necessari per evitare
una messa in funzione accidentale del ri-
duttore.

Quando si installa un ridutto-
re dotato di una ventola per il
raffreddamento forzato è indi-

spensabile prevedere un ampio e ade-
guato spazio per la circolazione dell’aria
necessaria per il raffreddamento.

La funzione di raffreddamento
viene notevolmente ridotta dallo
sporco che si raccoglie sulle pa-

lette della ventola o che ostruisce la griglia
del carter di protezione. Provvedere ad
una regolare pulizia secondo le indicazioni
riportate nel paragrafo relativo alla “Manu-

DEVICES

7.1.1 FORCED VENTILATION

A fan is keyed to the gear unit input shaft
and protected against accidental contact
by a guard.

Never run the gear unit when

each maintenance intervention

unit.

Before performing cleaning and/or mainte-
nance work, activate all the safety devices
required to avoid inadvertent startup of the
gear unit.

The fan draws in air through the grille in the
protective guard and conveys it to the gear
unit casing, thereby dissipating a quantity of
heat that depends on the rotation speed.

tion falls drastically at a drive
speed of n

 = 900 rpm. Therefore,

at slow speeds, other auxiliary cooling de-
vices should be adopted, if necessary, to
increase the thermal capacity of the gear-
box.

When installing a gear unit
equipped with a forced air cool-
ing fan, it is essential to allow

on the fan vanes or dirt that clogs

these parts regularly in compliance with
the instructions in the “Scheduled Mainte-

7.1.1 ZWANGSLÜFTUNG

An der Antriebswelle des Getriebes ist der
Ventilator mit Schutzgehäuse gegen unbe-
absichtigten Kontakt aufgezogen.

Das

Getriebe

niemals

ohne

Schutzgehäuse in Betrieb neh-
men.

 Nach jedem Eingriff die

Schutzabdeckungen wieder anbringen, bevor
der Neustart des Getriebes ausgeführt wird.

Vor der Durchführung von Reinigungs-
und/oder Wartungsarbeiten alle erforder-
lichen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen aktivieren,
um eine unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme
des Getriebes zu verhindern.

Der Ventilator saugt Luft über das Gitter
des Schutzgehäuses an und bläst diese
zum Getriebegehäuse, sodass je nach
eingestellter Drehzahl die entsprechende
Abkühlung erfolgt.

Unterhalb der Schaltgeschwindig-
keit n

 verringert sich

GLH (I¿]LHQ] GHU =ZDQJVOIWXQJ

erheblich.
