Especially for M-line
As default the connection rod must be mounted in the STD standard position (Ø10 mm.)
(see figure 3)
.
In case very large/extreme quantities being spread on 28 - 42 metres spread width, MAX+ connection rod (Ø12
mm.) Accessory rod must be used with the turnablle hopper bottom positioned in Flow-outlet MAX
(see page 60)
.
The MAX+ connection rod must only be fitted with the outlet in position MAX.

Connection rods
The regulation system consists of a scale pointer connected to the outlet shutters through 4 connection rods.
The scale pointer must be positioned on scale number 0 when the shutters are closed
(see figure 1-A)
.
The shutters are closed with an approx. 0,5 mm. opening
(see figure 2)
.
If this is not the case, the scale pointer can be adjusted on the connection rod
(see figure 1-B)
.
Outlet shutters
The shutters in the regulation system are factory set for the spreader to distribute the fertiliser symmetrically.
The shutters must close exactly in the middle of the V-mark of the bottom plate. When closed the distance between
the shutters should be 0,5 mm
(see figure 2)
.
NOTE: Do not adjust the 4 connection rods connecting the adjustment axle of the spreader and the shutters of the
spreader. These connection rods should only be adjusted in case they have been dismantled and may be misad -
justed. The setting is of great importance for the symmetry of the spread pattern.
