M-line manual calibration on spreader MC
This procedure is more time consuming compared to entering the calibration value defined at the spread chart or
tested by the S-indicator.
The manual calibration is completed by:
● Filling in minimum 200 Kg of fertiliser into a clean and dry the hopper
● Remove the Calibration-plate at one of the two spreading discs
(see figure 1)
● Move the SC Dynamic in position for calibrating and emptying the hopper
(Only spreaders without SC Dynamic actuators)

Turn the Calibration-hole in the disc directly underneath the outlet of the hopper
(see figure 3)
● Place a bucket (min 30 l) undernath the hole in the disc
(see figure 4)
● Turn the hopper bottom in position “OFF” on the opposite side of the hopper
(see figure 5)
● Bring the CALIBRATOR ZURF into calibration mode by pressing calibration button
(see figure 6)
