The spreaders are equipped with a hopper bottom that can be turned 360° with different flow-outlets for achieving
high/low flow rates. The turnable hopper bottom is positioned underneath each side of the hopper outlet and each
position is used for optimizing the precision and accuracy of the quantity applied
(M-line example see figure 1)
.
The position of the hopper bottom must be set manually by the operator. Release the locking pawl and turn the hop -
per bottom to the desired position. The different positions are marked with signatures as defined below
(see figure 1+2)
.
A universal tool for setting the outlet position is located in the rear light/reflector panel
(M-line example see figure 3+4)
or at the
back of the spreader
(L-line)
.
Note: The calibration value is always based on the hopper bottom in flow-outlet in position STD and the additional
Flow-outlet positions have the STD calibration value as set point value.
