Install the safety flow switch on the metal fitting using the bushing so that the arrow is pointing in the direction of
the water flow.
Make sure to fit an O-ring gasket between the bushing and the metal connector, which can be found inside the
protective cover of the safety flow switch rod.
- Connect the water circuit to the opposite end of the tee connection.
- Bring the safety switch cable over to the electrical box. Connect the safety flow switch to the terminals 1-14.
Always refer to the electrical diagrams enclosed with the unit.
- Unscrew the bushing should it be necessary to remove the flow switch. When refitting the flow switch, refit the
ring seal (see figure).
