5.4 Locking and activating the machine functions

To lock the machine functions:

1. Tap the sewing head (1) highlighted in black.

The sewing head (3) is highlighted in white.

The entire user interface (2) is grayed-out. 

The screen is locked.

All machine functions are locked.

The machine is not ready for sewing.

To activate the machine functions:

1. Perform a long press on the sewing head (3) highlighted in white.

The sewing head (3) is highlighted in black.

The screen lock is canceled.

The screen is active and can be used immediately using the touch 
display.

All machine functions are available.

The machine is ready for sewing.
